"IDIOT!" Dan yelled. I jump back as he yells at me in the room. Will and Kyle stand back, helpless.

"Dan....STOP!" Before I knew what I was doing I hear a smack and then see Dan on the floor, grabbing his cheek. I place my hands over my mouth and the room grew silent, "D-Dan, I am so sorry." Kyle helps him up. Dan glares at me and shakes his head, still holding his cheek.

Finally!

Somebody who knows how to have a little fun!

Hey, I have an idea.

Want to play a game?

The answer is yes!

Now you will do what we do.

Next thing I know, all the air is taken out of me, and everything grows cold. Pain courses through me and I suddenly feel like I have just been hit by a truck.

Good girl.

Now, let the games begin.

Dan's *POV*

Fear runs through me as Cassie gets off the floor. Her bright blonde hair has turned pitch black, her skin a pale shade of grey, her eyes completly black, and her lips are black too.

"No..." I whisper. I forget about how she slapped me and I stare at Cass in front of me. She's gone. Or should we say they have her. They killed her!

"It's time to have a little fun!" She yells. It definitly isn't Cassie's voice coming from her body.

"NO! YOU ASSHOLES!" I scream. I try to run towards her, but Will pulls me back.

"Dan, don't. She's gone and now much stronger than us." I watch Cass chuckle.

"You've got that right, William. Now who wants to be first?"

"We need a plan to save her." Kyle mutters.

"Save her?! She's gone, Kyle!" I yell. Kyle shakes his head.

"No she isn't. We can save her but there are complications. That means the plan will be ruined. I will still do my part..." My mouth falls open as I watch Kyle walk up to her.

"KYLE NO!" I cry and grab his hand, "Please...Please don't. I don't want to lose someone else." Kyle's eyes fill with tears. He hugs me tightly.

"Dan, I'm sorry. I have to. Besides," He lets go and grabs my shoulders, "How can the dead die?" I watch him turn and walk towards Cassie.

"Kyle..." I whisper. Cass smiles wickedly. I know this is what they want, to kill another. Maybe then, Cassie will be free. I watch Cass pull out a knife. Next thing you know, it is plundged into Kyle's skull. I swear you could hear the crack as it sinks in.

Kyle falls to the ground. I watch his eyes make contact with mine. He lifts a small smile. I watch him take his last breathe. His eyes glimmer slightly then become dull, and lifeless, the smile still plastered on his face.

I look up from Kyle's body and up at Cass. She has fallen to the ground, laying limp agaisnt the wall. Before I can control myself, I let out a loud yell as I see that she is laying in a puddle of her own blood. Her breathes come out slow and raspy. She is back to normal, but the demons have torn through her body. I can't lose another on the same day. No. This is not happening.

I run towards her and grab her hand, "NO YOU ARE NOT GOING TO FUCKING LEAVE ME. STAY WITH MY CASSIE! Please....Please stay." Her heavy eyelids open slightly, a smile appearing on her lips.

"Hi, Daniel."

"Hey, Cass..." I smile through the tears. I place a gental hand on her cheek, and stroke it lightly with my thumb. Her breathes get caught in her throat. My smile fades as she starts coughing.

"No. No. No. No. No. No Cassie stay. Stay with me. Cass! Please! I love you! Please stay!" My lips come in contact with hers, "God damn it, Cass! Stay here don't go!" I kiss her again, and this time harder. She lightly touches my chest, her hand shaking.

"Dan..." She says coughing, "Let me go..."

"No. No I can't," I shake my head, tears falling, "I love you too much to let you go now. This is too soon." Her hand trails from my chest to my cheek.

"I will always love you, Daniel..." Her eyes start to flutter closed.

"CASS, NO!" I yell, shaking her slightly, "NO DON'T GO, PLEASE NO!" I kiss her again and again, yelling.

"Dan, give it up," I hear Will say from behind me, "Just except it. They took them." I look up at Will and notice his glow is completly gone.

"What happened to you." Will takes my hand and helps me up.

"I am now living, just like you."

"What..."

You know, we could help you get her back.

We must take a life to save a life.

Take a life to give a life.

I look up at Will, and seeing his facial expression, I could tell he heard it too.
